Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery above N500K will be handled by Septem Paint. While orders under 500k will be communicated to the client.
How long will delivery take?
We deliver within 3-4 days. For special orders from our customers delivery take 3-7days.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once an order has been placed by the customer, and the customer proceed to check out. A receipt is generated for the client to download. Upon delivery a receipt is also issued to the client.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We confirm payment and proceed to production.

Is there room for cash reimbursement?
There is no room for reimbursement..
How can I return an Item?
Client will have to bring the items back. Items will only be accepted if the product has remains sealed and can only be swapped.
Will you restock items indicated as “marked out of stock”?
Yes!
Can the product be changed?
If it is a factory fault(for instant wrong colors delivered to the client) the company will replace the produce without charges.
Will I receive the same product as see on the uploaded picture?
Yes!

YES, our paint can be used for both interior and exterior. Check our product description for further clarification.
Can I use primer for marine and industrial coating?
YES, all surface exposed need to be primed before applying the main paint.
How can I prepare my surface before applying paints?
Ensure your walls are well screeded and apply primer before painting.
